BMOREMICRO

a Maryland General Partnership

PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: September 17, 2026

================================================================================================

1. Introduction and Scope

-------------------------

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how bmoremicro, a general partnership organized under

the laws of the State of Maryland (the "Partnership," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses,

discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our website, email

communications, order fulfillment, local pickup arrangements, and in-person sales (collectively,

our "Services"). This Policy applies to individuals who purchase Products from us, browse our

website, subscribe to our mailing list, or otherwise interact with us ("you"). By using our

Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

-------------------------

We may collect the following categories of information:

* Information you provide directly: your name, billing and shipping address, email address,

telephone number, and order or pickup details;

* Payment information: we do not directly collect or store full payment card numbers. Payment is

processed by third-party payment processors (such as Square, Stripe, PayPal, or a comparable

platform), which collect and handle payment data under their own privacy and security policies;

* Automatically collected information: if we operate a website, we and any analytics providers we

use may collect IP address, browser and device type, and website usage data through cookies or

similar technologies, as described in Section 6; and

* Correspondence: records of communications you send to [email protected].

3. How We Use Information

-------------------------

We use personal information to: process and fulfill orders, including coordinating shipping and

local pickup; communicate with you regarding orders, inquiries, or account matters; send

marketing or promotional communications where you have opted in or as otherwise permitted by

law; comply with tax, accounting, and other legal recordkeeping obligations, including Maryland

sales and use tax requirements; improve our Products, website, and customer service; and detect,

investigate, and prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, and misuse of our Services.

4. Legal Bases for Processing and Applicable State Privacy Laws

---------------------------------------------------------------

We process personal information as necessary to perform our contract with you (fulfilling your

order), to pursue legitimate business interests, based on your consent (for example, marketing

communications), and to comply with legal obligations. The Maryland Online Data Privacy Act, Md.

Code Ann., Com. Law §§ 14-4601 et seq. ("MODPA"), generally applies to entities that control or

process the personal data of at least 35,000 Maryland consumers annually, or at least 10,000

consumers while deriving more than twenty percent (20%) of gross revenue from the sale of

personal data. As a small partnership, we do not presently expect our processing to meet these

thresholds; however, we intend to honor MODPA's core consumer rights as a matter of good

practice, and will comply in full should our operations grow to meet applicable thresholds under

MODPA or any other state privacy law. Where such rights apply, they may include the right to

confirm whether we process your personal data, to access it, to correct inaccuracies, to obtain

a portable copy, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted

advertising, or certain profiling.

5. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

---------------------------------------------

We do not sell personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. We may disclose

personal information to:

* shipping carriers, solely to the extent necessary to deliver an order;

* payment processors, solely to complete a transaction;

* service providers who assist with website hosting, email delivery, or bookkeeping, subject to

confidentiality obligations;

* government authorities, courts, or professional advisors, where required by law, legal process,

or to protect our legal rights; and

* a successor entity in connection with a sale, merger, or reorganization of the Partnership,

provided the successor is bound by this Policy or a materially similar one.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

-----------------------------------

If our website uses cookies, pixels, or similar technologies, they are used to remember cart

contents, understand website traffic, and improve the user experience. You may disable cookies

through your browser settings, though doing so may affect certain website functionality. Where

required by applicable law, we will honor recognized universal opt-out signals, such as Global

Privacy Control.

7. Data Retention

-----------------

We retain order, payment, and communication records for as long as reasonably necessary to

fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to satisfy Maryland and federal tax and

accounting recordkeeping requirements (generally a minimum of three (3) years for sales tax

records, or longer if required by law), and to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements,

after which such information is securely deleted or de-identified.

8. Data Security

----------------

We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed

to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. No

method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee

absolute security of any information you provide.

9. Security Breach Notification

-------------------------------

In the event of a breach of the security of a system containing your unencrypted personal

information, we will provide notification to affected Maryland residents, and, where required,

to the Office of the Attorney General of Maryland, in accordance with the Maryland Personal

Information Protection Act, Md. Code Ann., Com. Law §§ 14-3501 et seq.

10. Children's Privacy

----------------------

Our Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from,

children under thirteen (13) years of age, consistent with the federal Children's Online Privacy

Protection Act ("COPPA"), 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501 et seq. If we learn that we have inadvertently

collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Consistent with MODPA, we do not

knowingly sell the personal data of, or serve targeted advertising to, any individual we know to

be under eighteen (18) years of age.

11. Marketing Emails and Opt-Out (CAN-SPAM)

-------------------------------------------

If you subscribe to marketing communications from us, each such message will accurately identify

us as the sender, include our contact email, and provide a clear and conspicuous mechanism to

unsubscribe, consistent with the federal CAN-SPAM Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 7701 et seq. We will honor

opt-out requests within ten (10) business days. Transactional messages relating to an active

order (such as order confirmations or shipping notifications) are not promotional in nature and

are sent as necessary to fulfill your order.

12. Your Choices and How to Submit a Request

--------------------------------------------

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or may opt

out of marketing communications, by emailing [email protected]. We may take reasonable

steps to verify your identity before completing certain requests, and we may decline requests

that conflict with our legal recordkeeping obligations. We will respond to verifiable requests

within a reasonable time, and in any event consistent with any response deadlines imposed by

applicable law.

13. Third-Party Links and Platforms

-----------------------------------

Our website or communications may link to third-party platforms, including payment processors,

social media platforms, or gallery partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of

any third-party platform, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.

14. Changes to This Policy

--------------------------

We may update this Policy from time to time. The Effective Date below reflects the date of the

most recent revision. Where a change materially affects how we handle previously collected

personal information, we will provide notice by email or by a prominent notice on our website,

where applicable.

15. Governing Law and Contact

-----------------------------

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Questions, requests, or complaints

regarding this Policy should be directed to [email protected].
